Jared, originally from a small town in Ohio, discovered his passion for golf and coaching early on. After earning his degree from The Ohio State University’s Professional Golf Management program in 2012, he moved to Folsom, California, to join Will Robins Golf.
Since then, Jared has played a key role in the growth of Will Robins Golf and RGX. He has helped develop and refine programs that simplify coaching and create life balance for instructors worldwide. As a mentor, Jared is dedicated to helping coaches streamline their work and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Dan was a two-time, Emmy Award-Winning television sports and news anchor before coming to the golf industry. After graduating from the Golf Academy of America in Phoenix in 2016 and quickly earning his PGA Certification, Dan realized that his passion centered around helping people to play better golf. But Dan always heard the same complaint, “I can do it out on the range, but I can’t do it out on the course.” So, shortly after joining RGX in the summer of 2020, Dan gave his last individual, private lesson and now specializes in conducting results-based, group coaching programs utilizing The Scoring Method.
Bo Baker is the founder of Bo Baker Golf Academy in Spokane, Washington, where he has coached golfers of all ages since 2013. Known for his patience, kindness, and enthusiasm—especially with youth—Bo is a trusted mentor throughout the Pacific Northwest. His dedication to helping players achieve their goals and improve their game has made him a respected figure in the golfing community.
Bo’s accolades include the 2021 Inland Empire Player Development Award, the 2020 Inland Empire Youth Player Development Award, and the 2019 Inland Empire PGA Teacher of the Year. He also holds a business administration degree from Lubbock Christian University and has competed at high levels, including the 2021 PGA Professional Championship.
